All products in our store are made to order. Each item is printed only after an order is placed and is created specifically for the customer.

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size selection

  • incorrect color or model selection

Please make sure to carefully review the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.

✔️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, we will require:

  • your order number

  • clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
